| Our sun thickened oil is finally ready!! This is actually a winter batch, which means a longer period in the sun. This leaves a very pale oil. This is essential to use with the Flemish White, but can also be used in all other aspects of painting and making mediums. Please specify Walnut or Linseed when ordering. |

| Our sun bleached oil is Linseed Oil that has been washed and decolorized, then left in the sun to bleach. In it's present state is a very pale oil, which can be used to grind whites. It can also be used in any application where clarity of the oil is critical. |

| TIX O GEL - 1/2 lb. |
| Tix o Gel is used to attain texture, and boost the volume of oil paint. Sequence of mixing from left to right: Tix o Gel powder, Stand Oil, powder and oil mixed together, Cad Red Md paint, paint mixed with powder and oil mixture. This is the best way to use this powder, but experimentation could yield different methods. The amount of powder used will depend on the amount of stiffness wanted. Actually, less stand oil should be used than illustrated here. Scroll over image to see the texture of the final product. This is a conservative example, and could be heightened with more powder. |
| ALUMINUM STEARATE PASTE - 40 mL This paste is used to make oil paint more creamy, and can make a little paint go a long way. The picture below illustrates the paste mixed with a touch of red to extend the paint. Of course, this is our Cad Red Md, so results may not be as dramatic with other brands. |
